- *Skills Training:* 30% ($9,000) will be allocated to vocational training programs, such as tailoring, carpentry, and computer literacy.
- *Rehabilitation Programs:* 20% ($6,000) will support counseling services, mentorship, and education assistance to help youths reintegrate into society.
- *Operational Costs:* 10% ($3,000) will cover administrative expenses, including staff salaries and outreach activities.
