Kato was born with Imperforate Anus (Anorectal Malformation), a condition where the anal opening, rectum, and the nerves that control bowel movements do not develop properly. This prevents him from having normal bowel movements and puts his health at serious risk.

Beyond urgent medical attention, Kato also lacks basic essentials—special food, diapers, soap, and clothing. He urgently needs to see a doctor, and with our collective support, we can make a difference in his life.
