Help my child struggling with cancer.

Hello everyone, my name is Roline, a single mother who has been struggling too hard to see my child have life since his childhood. We live in Africa, Uganda. My son has been struggling with cancer since he was born and has costed all I had, I've tried seeking for support from various sectors and still asking for more support to see my child have life like other children.
