Ngobi Urgently Needs Medical Care & attention

Hello my name is Reagan Kauja , and I am fundraising on behalf of the Action spread smiles organisation, Uganda to help a young boy named Ngobi James who needs urgent medical attention of surgery.

Action spread smiles does not only take care to the needs of the orphans in their care, but they also Help the vulnerable i.e. Orphans, people with disabilities, street children, voiceless people, etc

Few months ago, Ngobi was taken to the hospital for help because of itchiness in his eyes and face. An appeal for help was made for him at that moment, however he did not receive any support or help. Today, he was brought back to the Organisation because his situation and condition has worsened due to the lack of medical attention. His family mainly her mother and a friend can not afford to take him back to the hospital. They are hoping that he can be helped by the Organisation . Thanks to the kindness and generosity of donors, Action spread smiles has helped a lot of children, and we are hoping to do the same for Ngobi.

We do not know the cause of the Itching, but as you can see in the cover photo, His condition is getting worse. Few months ago the Itching was not bad as it is now.

I am raising funds to pay for him to be taken to the hospital urgently so that he can be examined, diagnosed and to pay for any procedures or surgeries that he may need.
